BURNS NIGHT - 25th January 2010
We are already preparing to celebrate Burns night with a special selection of Scottish cheese and drink. We have our regular Lanark Blue, Blue Monday and Isle of Mull in our cabinet but will have arrivals of Caboc, Morangie Brie, Grimbister, Gruth Dhu, Drumloch and Dunsyre Blue. Also joining us is Haggis by Ramsey of Carluke for £4.20. And why not wash it down with a glass of Fallachan, an old Scots Blaand made from whey or some sweet Moniack Mead made in Inverness.
Come in and get out of the cold and have a look around the shop!

Chester Food & Drink 3rd - 5th April 2010
Join us at the Chester Food and Drink festival this Easter at Chester Racecourse. We will be there over the three day weekend in the Taste Marquee.
In the coming months there will be Cheese Rolling on Bridge Street, so support your Chester Cheese Shop team!
The Sausage Competition also starts in February and the finalists judged over the Easter weekend. Any butchers wishing to take part in the Chester area please phone Carole on 346240 as soon as possible for an entry form.
