ISLE OF MULL
Made by Jeff Reade on the Isle of Mull in Scotland, this is a Cheddar-type cheese, hand-made and cloth-bound. It has delicious spicy, herb flavours with a hint of sea salt from island pastures.

A cheese made by Humphrey Errington from, unusually, the milk of a single flock of sheep. Soft and creamy in texture, with a strong blue flavour balancing the herbaceous, sheepy taste.

Blue Monday
New from the Evenloade partnership of Alex James and Juliet Harbutt, Blue Monday is softer and creamier than most blues. It is ivory white with purple blue streaks, with a flavour that is steely yet faintly spicy and sweet.
