A magnificent looking cheese made at Ramhall in an Elizibethan farmhouse in Berkswell near the forrest of Arden. Its milk is from their flock of East Friesland Sheep. Natural crusty rind, the cheese is hard almost granular with a nutty sweet flavour

Made in North Yorkshire, by the Richmonds from Ewe's milk.
Natural grey rind more moist than a Wendsleydale, has a freshness of the misty dales.

Made by Anne Wigmore from pure sheeps milk.
The rind is washed and has a yeasty aroma, subtle and smooth interior to produce a taste sensation.
